Membership Levels
There are several levels of membership listed below. Please review these to determine which level is right for you.

apply online and pay with a check or with a credit card via Google Checkout.
The following membership levels include the following benefits:
There is a one-time fee for membership with the Central Texas Birth Network. These fees help to offset expenses to maintain this website and allow us to participate in community events.
Business Membership: $45
This membership is for individual business owners. If your business has a website your CTBN member listing will include a link to that website. If you are a business owner who has an office in someone else's practice (ie: a massage therapist or acupuncturist who rents space in a wellness center), if you have your own webpage within that practice's website, we will set up a link to that page. Otherwise, you may purchase a premier membership to receive a personalized page on the CTBN site.
Premier membership is available for $15 more to receive a personalized webpage on CTBN site with photo and bio.
Non-Profit Group Membership: $55
Non-Profit Groups may list their organization and include a short description of their services. Discounted admission to selected CTBN-sponsored events is available for up to four employees of the organization.
Corporate Membership: $125
Businesses included for this level are group practices that serve pregnant women and children such as medical practices and birth centers, and businesses that have more than three providers. One corporate membership includes:
individual listings for up to four providers, or
one listing for the business as a whole, and listings for up to three providers
Additional providers may join for $25/year. Discounted admission to selected CTBN-sponsored events is available for up to four members.
Premier membership available for $45 more to receive one personalized webpage on CTBN site with photos and bios of all employees/partners.
Supporting Membership: $20
This membership is for individuals who wish to support the CTBN’s mission to help women and families.
Benefits: Online newsletter (once offered), acknowledgement on CTBN website, invitations and discounted admission for selected CTBN-sponsored events.
Benefactor Membership: $200
This membership level is designed for individuals, businesses or organizations who wish to support CTBN and who are not interested in reciprocity. Includes option for acknowledgment on our website as an official sponsor of the CTBN, including the business logo and/or link to your website. All other membership benefits available on request.
